Il programma «Inclucities» promosso dall’Unione Europea ha coinvolto otto realtà di medie e piccole dimensioni in un percorso di mentoring attraverso il quale quattro città mentori, esperte sui temi legati all’integrazione dei e delle migranti, hanno condiviso le loro «buone pratiche» con quattro città mentee, disposte ad apprendere. Oggetto della nostra analisi sarà, nello specifico, l’esperienza di mentoring realizzata dalla città belga di Mechelen con la città di Capaci, attraverso l’utilizzo di strumenti teorici derivanti dall’approccio realista alla valutazione: analisi dei contesti, dei risultati ottenuti e ipotesi sui meccanismi attivati dalle progettualità realizzate. 

The «Inclucities» program, promoted by the European Union, involved eight small and medium-sized companies in a mentoring process through which four mentor cities, experts on issues related to the integration of migrants, shared their «good practices». with four mentee cities, willing to learn. The subject of our analysis will be, specifically, the mentoring experience realized by the Belgian city of Mechelen with the Italian city of Capaci, through the use of theoretical tools deriving from a realist perspective to evaluation: analysis of contexts (C), the results obtained (O) and hypotheses on the mechanisms activated by the project activities carried out (M). Some possible CMO configurations will be proposed, to try to identify possible strengths and weaknesses, in this passage of «good practices».
